One would know the true capabilities of an individual through belief and high stakes pressure. Carlo proved this when we were in the thick of preparing for a client visit and I needed to get my message across in one slide with so many data points to consider. I approached him and asked if he could assist me, knowing that he too was busy. I explained that I knew he was the best resource since he understood the information and he also had the acuity to communicate what the information was saying. We agreed on a timeline and he delivered. A key thing to remember in that experience was that he wasn’t reporting to me nor did we share the same manager. It simply was a question of cross-functional collaboration and the understanding that our shared goal was to ensure client success. Carlo is someone who is reliable and who can enable his colleagues to succeed.

      • Mar 2021 - Present

As part of a startup company, I was eager to take on different responsibilities and had to complete tasks that were beyond my scope. Initially, I created a comprehensive how-to database on how to use our platform, as well as curated instructional videos to supplement the learning. I also trained our clients on how to use our platform to execute their design ideas and bring them to life as virtual experiences for their audience. I then progressed to taking on design work for different virtual experiences produced by our platform. This avoided the need to hire design agencies, which can charge between $75 and $150 per hour. My designs were met with multiple positive reviews, which resulted in a number of clients returning and renewing their contracts. I also oversaw each client project, ensuring that timelines were met, quality work was delivered, and customer success was achieved. This included outreach activities for each client, even after services were rendered. Show less

As an SNDG Officer, I was solely responsible for the sales monitoring and development of both in-house and broker partner sales teams. On top of managing my own team, I personally met with brokers and sellers to promote the brand of the company and arbitrate any disputes that may arise amid the sales process. I have also been in charge of planning and managing quarterly and annual sales events which involve developing event-specific content, budgeting, sourcing/negotiating suppliers, and event facilitation. One of the highlights of the career with Taft Properties was being in charge of the orientation and implementation of our Seller's Online Reservation System to our in-house and broker sales channels. This was a major interdepartmental effort to create an adaptive solution to continue our stream of sales despite the physical restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic. With the added advantage of being the first real estate company in Cebu to implement this system, we were able to exceed our sales goals for Q2 of 2020. Other obligations that were part of my role were seller recruitment, product knowledge training facilitation, and creative writing for promotional materials (physical and digital). Show less

    • Training Manager
      • Aug 2015 - Jan 2018

As a training manager, I have delved into the medical device space of business process outsourcing. The role entailed overseeing and managing 5 medical device accounts, managing account transitions activities involving training (Due Diligence, KA, and KT), and instructional design. During this time, I was sponsored by the company to be certified for ISO 13485:2003, ISO 19011:2011, and ISO 14871:2007. I have been exposed to internal and supplier audits as a representative for training and development.I've also partnered-up with corporate quality on several occasions on projects spanning from training program development to LMS creation. • Process Trainer
      • Oct 2012 - Aug 2015

I handled an online retail account during my time as a process trainer. Being a pioneer for the account, I have contributed to the transition of many lines of businesses as a shared resource conducting training. Here, I was able to truly appreciate the importance of good documentation practices and training effectiveness due to the meticulous requirements of ISO 9001.

    • Lead Quality Analyst
      • Jun 2011 - Oct 2012

Apart from being trained for and executing transaction monitoring, one of the highlights of this phase in my career was the tidy upkeep of our QA nuance list and to be selected as a partner with the clients in revamping the Quality Audit form for the entire account.

    • Customer Service Representative
      • Jun 2009 - Jun 2011

I handled customer service for an Energy and Utilities business unit. My task was to schedule routine and emergency check-ups for end-users of natural gas. Our secondary responsibilities were to analyze utility consumption, handling bill disputes, and promoting our services.
