Had the opportunity to work with Carlo on the Alaska Milk- Jr NBA program for almost 10 years. We started the program and saw it grow together in the Philippines and eventually in several other countries. He understands how to handle and respond to the concerns of NBA’s key partners like Alaska Milk Corp. He made the global processes involved in the program simple and do-able, not complicated and slow. The partnership with NBA was one of sharing and collaboration. Carlo is an asset to a team that must build partnerships and rapport on a long term basis.
