I had the pleasure of working for Carlo back when he managed CAE’s hardware engineering group. Carlo is a great communicator (both on the plant floor and in the boardroom) who always had a positive attitude in the face of adversity. Carlo was a strong manager with a unique ability to understanding of both the financial and operational dimensions of a highly complex/technical business - a real superstar. Hope to work for him again someday!

Carlo was my manager at CAE and has really brought me to another level in my career. He helped me a lot about focusing on what really matters in a company and how to really manage myself to be the most efficient as possible. Carlo's advices are just and right to the point, it is the best way a manager could lead and support his employees.
