Oversaw the mobile branch of the incumbent telecom operator, Andinatel, which was managed by a joint venture between a Swedish company (Swedtel) and Telecom Italia. Created an ISP/ASP division of the company, offering mobile broadband internet (EVDO) under the CDMA technology and narrow band 1.X technology. Managed all wireless data communications of the company, including corporate web-portal, e-advertisements, etc.  As a result of the new portal strategy, visits to the portal increased by more than 400% within a one-year period.  For the first time in company history, an advertising management strategy was implemented in order to sell ads on the portal and agreements were made to the leading CDMA phones, such as Nokia, LG, Samsung, as well as other major companies such as Microsoft
