WAY is a boutique design oriented architectural practice based in central London, with a sister company based in São Paulo, Brazil. This dual office structure allows to reach clients based in the UK market where the design is developed, with the architectural drawings and 3D models produced in the Brazilian branch. I developed this model of work in 2013 migrating the information production into the BIM Platform and setting up the procedures for long distance team coordination of the BIM 3D model. This has had a very positive impact on the company as it allows the UK branch to be more competitive and at the same time provided a unique opportunity to bring local Brazilian architects to work in design oriented high quality architectural projects. Since 2015, the design work produced by WAY has become a point of reference for the local Brazilian community and widely published in international and local magazines such as IW Magazine, Diseño Interior, Architektur + Küche, Vogue, AU (Architecture and Urban design), Arquitetura & Construção, Bamboo, and Contemporanea.

I joined Foster + Partners in 2006 as a fully qualified architect. Whilst there, I lead the team responsible for the development of the cladding design for the “Canary Wharf Crossrail Place“ project in London and the “100-e-53rd-Street Skyscraper” project in Manhattan. During my years there, I developed an acute eye for detail, quality and value, and have cultivated a passion for creating inspiring spaces. I have also learned how to balance my high degree of creativity with a rigorous approach to delivery. In addition, working in this innovative and international company allowed me to build up the ability to collaborate, influence and manage across a diverse range of internal stakeholders

At the beginning of my career, I worked at EDBstudio, an award winning Milan based architectural practice. I was involved in the conversion of a derelict salt storage building, part of Renzo Piano's master plan for Genova’s harbour, into the “P. Borgogno Art Gallery”. I was also involved in the conversion of an old hospital called “Albergo dei Poveri” in Genova in Italy, into the main campus building of the Political Sciences University.
