  In my role, I've been fortunate to leverage my background as a Computer Scientist to tech-enable and enhance our day-to-day operations; continuously improve client experience and support; and bolster data collection, tracking, and reporting.I recently developed an upgraded, streamlined, and technology-driven client intake process for our MBDA center that will enable us to scale our client service capabilities, reach, and overall success outcomes. This intake process leverages an algorithm I've also designed to assess clients' business wellness, automate their company's tier placement, and produce customized "next steps" action plans and reports. In addition to this work, I lead our digital marketing and storytelling strategy and content through our social media channels and website maintenance. Finally, I plan and execute ongoing top-notch business workshops, events, and webinars to further engage with our clients and continue developing our pipeline.These workshops, events, and webinars have allowed me to further embed the business center into the broader entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem by establishing key marketing channels and strategic partnerships with fellow entrepreneur support organizations, resource partners, and other critical stakeholders.
