As a Lead Field Engineer I am a responsible for ensuring all Field Engineers, for all disciplines, working in my area have the necessary tools and resources to do their job. I work with the Area Construction Manager to ensure the Field Engineering department is supporting construction efficiently and am a technical resource to assist in construction sequencing and scheduling. I perform techincal drawing and design change reviews and ensure they are properly prioritized so as not to delay construction. I also assist in material management and work with our Project Management organization to ensure the material deliveries are prioritized properly. I assist in coordination between Design Engineering and Quality Control to ensure all items are documented properly.
