Carli, is a genuine business asset, hands on, works well with people, and has a lovely outgoing personality. I would recommend Carli to any business as a top quality young lady.

Nicolien Lawson

I worked with Carli at RBP and got to know her as a hard-working and ambitious person, who will always go the extra mile. Anything she does, she will do to the very best of her ability - and will always put the best interest of the client at heart. Carli is easy to talk to and that makes it easy for her to speak to people at various levels, be they 'on the ground' or senior management. Carli is an asset to any team and it's a shame she is no longer in mine!

I spearheaded the social media campaign to raise awareness of Operation NOVA - an operation ran by Lincolnshire Police that says 'No to Violence and Abuse'. The focus of March were drinking banning orders. I set up a Facebook group, Twitter account and ran a blog: http://operationnova.blogspot.com. I took the role of 'Sober Student' and didn't drink throughout March in order to raise awareness of the ability to go out without alcohol and still have a good time. I was interviewed on BBC Lincolnshire about the campaign. It was a fantastic project - integrating social media into an otherwise traditional marketing plan. Show less

I worked with a team of 7 - liaising with the editorial team and creating strategies to attract advertisers. This is something we had to work on from scratch as there has previously been no advertising in the publication. Pricing of advertising space and gaining advertisers were both parts of my role as well as making sure that my team gets results. Here I worked on a plan of how to raise the companies profile and advised on a marketing plan. However this placement taught me more than I expected - as they were a prime example of how things were done well.
