• Monitor funds going into and coming out of the organization to include monitoring the accounts payable and the accounts received, as well as tracking and cataloging the progress of invoices• Verify payment tracking to all vendors, employees or business associates is done in a timely fashion• Monitor all financial issues and advise Director of Operations and Physician(s) of any potential problems or issues• Provide financial reports and detail of accounts as needed and on a monthly basis• Detect and correct any financial irregularities that crop up such as funds that appear to be missing, accounting books that don't add up or discrepancies in invoices• Reconcile all research related study payments, provide accountability and problem solve as needed• Assume some Clinical Research Coordinator roles and assist as needed• Assist Regulatory Specialist as needed• Social Media: manage and maintain all company social media accounts and advertising• Pipeline and Study Recruitment: investigate new studies, contact sponsors and CROs, process study paperwork, initiate site visits, CRO Partnership Programs, etc. Show less
