Develop and implement enhancements and productivity upgrades to the program expanding 20-40% per year. Since 2006, directed efforts to close 40,000+ loans, financing over $380 million in residential efficiency improvements.Oversaw program supervisor and 10+ staff providing customer service, technical and eligibility review of contractor proposals, authorization of measures for financing, data management, invoicing/reporting and Quality Assurance of installations. Interface with participating lenders, utility clients and contractors. 2015 third party evaluation stated "95% of the respondents (customers) were Very Satisfied with their overall experience with the HEAT Loan" and "nearly 3/4 of the contractors rated the HEAT Loan as Very Important to their business".
