We are a lead nurturing and marketing intelligence business. We’ve created our own technology, data and ideas to solve the problems of our industry: poor data; channels that aren’t integrated; crowded noisy markets; and all those providers who give you the same old, same old results. One of the best things about being with a business for a long time is that you know your stuff, and you know how to get the best from the teams you work with. I asked my colleagues how they'd describe me before I wrote this and they said "she's tenacious, bloody hardworking, and cares about whether client campaigns are a success". I always check back in to see how we could improve things once campaigns are up and running.I'm also known to be a bit of a straight talker. If you come to me looking for help with your marketing campaign or to buy data and I know there's a better way to do things, then I'll happily offer you new ideas - backed up with a clear (and polite) explanation as to why. That's me!

Following my career break after having my son, I moved in the world of training - Mainly for H&S and Skilled Worker's for the Construction industry. It was so different to anything I had done before - but I cracked on with it.. Organising 15 Instructors and sending them to run training courses in various locations across the UK, including our 2 training centres in Essex. Organising their accommodation if needed and ensuring that I have booked all CITB tests for the correct times and instructors. Dealing with NVQs and funding eligibility, as well as giving quotations to both new and existing customers following long and in-depth calls to establish what training and durations are needed. This role needed great attention to detail and to ensure that you could keep to tight deadlines, as well as being able to listen to the clients requirements and ensuring what you are booking for them is sufficient training, that is in line with Health & Safety standards and requirements.

Taking inbound sales and customer service calls and obtaining all relevant information from the customer necessary to advise on the most appropriate insurances to meet their demands and needs and then advising them on the price and terms of the insurance. Amending customer policies, Underwriting new contracts, completing Midterm adjustments and general administration duties. You had to ensure that all the information is added to the system correctly and following up on pending quotations and customer call backs. Strictly adhering to underwriting guidelines. FSA regulations and company procedures.

Following 2 months of training that included an amazing Survival at Sea course, Wine Tasting, First Aid, and various other courses needed for this role. I started work on the Hovercraft, travelling daily to Dieppe, France - working with an amazing crew we were the face of the company and had to take responsibility for the safety of passengers. My duties within this role were so varied that it meant no 2 days were the same. From the initial booking in at reception to class entertainer for children on school trips. I loved this role. But, unfortunately due to the weather it was seasonal - so not a permanent career for this company, but it did point me to where I thought I wanted to go, a job with travel.

I decided to up and leave my life in Essex and move to Brighton, I am sure my Dad would have like a little more notice than just an evening, but that was me... I moved into the Grand Hotel in Brighton, working as a Waitress/Bar Person. I loved this job, not just for the variety of people that used to stay at the hotel - but the team I worked with, I made some great friends for life. It was here, I learned to support myself with no parents and grew up (in some ways). Following the shortest college stay of a month, I decided that I was done with Education, but had absolutely no idea what I wanted to do for a career. So, I decided to temp at various different companies working within the Finance team initially, but found that this was not for me!! (Yet, now I do my husbands tax returns, so did pick up something). I, then moved into the grand 'ole' world of HR and again was not settled on where I wanted to my career to move to but knew that this wasn't it... It's hard when you are 16/17 knowing what you want to do with your life, I know some have it all figured out by then but not me.. Soo....

My first job. This consisted of clearing tables and serving peoples meals, back when Romford Market was heaving on a Saturday. This job taught me so much in regards to work ethic, while my mates were all out enjoying their weekends, I was getting up early and going to work. But at the end of the day, not only did my whole family get to enjoy a Pie and Mash dinner, I had also earned some money for myself. My first job.
