I worked alongside Carleigh for four years at Wooddale Church collaborating in various capacities. Carleigh has a strong work ethic and consistently performed with excellence especially in administrative roles. She helped organize and successfully execute large events for hundreds of young adults as well as create and manage social media content. Carleigh also has substantial strengths as a relational leader. I saw her oversee and influence scores of young adult volunteers to not only show up and serve but to do it with passion. She is one of the most kind and considerate people I know and is a valuable team player.
