Worked for an award winning UK Technology start-up who provide real-time and historic analytics of social and news feeds. Developed multiple data warehouses reponsible for indexing 1.5TB of data per day and 1PB of data in total. This included in-depth metrics to debug flush patterns and optimize write speed. Built comparison system to check how much data should have been received at a certain point in the system against actual amounts received at that point.
