Bio
Eric Hyman
I met Carla when she was kind of on loan to our office from JWT Atlanta (we were at the time a separate unit of JWT). She joined us "temporarily" to work on a major new biz pitch. Sadly, we didn't win the account. But we came out ahead, because, we never let Carla go back! You see, she was so good and had made such a great impression on us all, that we convinced her to stay and keep working with our team. From there she was one of the primary people I worked with on new business pitches and new client accounts and her strategic and creative insight led us to a number of big wins and great campaigns. I've been friends with her since then and regularly call her for advice when I encounter a big strategic challenge. I think that is the way it is with a lot of people once they have had the good fortune of working with her.

Insightful. Intelligent. Intentional. Collaborator. Carla is just the person I seek when I am working through how to solve a client 's business challenge as she helps me look at things from every angle. Her passion for understanding the voice of the customer is contagious. She is a unique ability to get to the root of what makes our audiences tick -- generating insightful briefs which fuel powerful and strategic campaigns.
