I had the pleasure of working with Carla at Conservation Halton. Initially hired to cover a maternity leave Carla quickly established herself as a leader in the marketing services team. She brought an excitement to marketing initiatives for the conservation areas and foundation. Recognizing a need, she lead the procurement process to hire a vendor to redesign the website and collaborated with all departments to ensure the new website would reach their customer engagement, communication and marketing goals. Her efforts updating the website were instrumental in improving our recruiting campaigns for staffing a large seasonal workforce. Calm under pressure, Carla seemed to effortlessly coordinate major events. Creative, organized, and passionate about everything she does – Carla was a joy to work with.
