Carla and I worked together at Belcan and she was one of the most professional, organized, and personable Recruiting Coordinators that I worked with over the 3 years that I’ve been in the Staffing Profession. She took on a great deal more responsibilities than she was originally hired to do. The reason: - She was able to learn fast, be organized, and multi-task, all while continuously having a great positive attitude. Carla has a knack for taking processes and streamlining them into more productive, effective, and time efficient manner that allows her to stay on top of anything that is thrown her way. Belcan is very Lucky to have Carla as an Employee!!

Carla's "can-do" approach and initiative in task completion kept her ahead of the game in coordinating and supervising a very busy and large summer children's program. While keeping me informed of the weekly items of note, she managed 13 staff members, conducted meetings, kept records and tracked finances.
