Carla's adaptability to new projects and her enthusiasm for helping us achieve our corporate goals was a huge asset to the company, right up to the time of our corporate sale in 2014. I worked with Carla for 3 years and she was a huge asset to the geoscience department. As the sole GIS/data manager in the company, Carla was required to assume a wide range of roles and responsibilities. From my perspective, I regularly benefited from Carla's quick delivery of ready-to-use subsurface databases to the geoscience team. Carla eagerly stepped out of her formal area of training into seismic data loading/management, demonstrating her adaptability and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills to help accommodate the needs of our small company. I would gladly work with Carla again!

I have known and worked with Carla for almost ten years in three different companies. As her hiring manager in each circumstance, I continue to hire and recommend Carla because I know that she is always willing to learn the needs of any business and apply her skills to meet those needs. Always willing to take on new requirements as she moves from one type of resource company to another, Carla has continually proved to be a quick learner. She is willing to learn new applications and become familiar with different data than she is used to in order to meet the project needs. Her knowledge of mining, and oil and gas upstream companies as well as her recent experience in the EPC midstream business would be a great asset to any oil and gas GIS department.
