Onsite Biller of 65+ Concentra clinics that are on the premises of various companies throughout the United States, which include the employees' hours and expenses. Each Excel billing file is continually updated throughout the month. Contacting the field with any questions about the salaries or invoices for an onsite account. The completed monthly Excel files with the backup invoices are emailed to the field for approval. Once approved, the Excel file with the billing information is keyed into an invoicing program and the monthly invoice is sent to the company. Other duties include creating the weekly/monthly payroll report, creating the weekly/monthly expense distribution report, creating the weekly/monthly Concur expense report, saving vendor invoices for backup using Markview invoice system as well as requesting and creating vendor invoices for the department.
