As the former, VP, Controller of the Unilever Home and Personal Care business, I was able to experience first hand Carla's skills and abilities as she worked very closely with members of the Accounting Operations team. With that said, Carla is an extremely knowledge, dedicated, hardworking and detailed oriented individual. She is results driven and stays on task until the project objectives are achieved. As a result, she was highly respected by her cross process business partners. In addition, Carla has excellent writing and oral communication skills. In closing, Carla was an asset to the Unilever Finance team and would contribute immediately to any new work challenge. Guy Gioielli

During the 6 1/2 years that I worked with Carla at Mosaica, she was an incredibly thorough and diligent analyst on a host of financial and management issues. When a reorganization put her in charge of purchasing for schools across the country, she came up to speed quickly with a minimum of instruction or guidance. Carla not only has tremendous mathematical and spreadsheet skills which allow her to manage and analyze the numbers accurately and efficiently, but she understands the big picture and how real world considerations impact the numbers. If you want someone who can help you understand what's happening in your business, you should hire Carla to study it, and then listen to what she tells you.

UNSDG Corporate Guidebook Series Meta-Project. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), launched by the United Nations in 2015, represent an action plan for the planet and society to thrive by 2030 – addressing poverty, hunger and climate change, among other issues central to human progress and sustainable development, such as gender equality, clean water and sanitation, and responsible consumption and production. This series will consist of 17 hardbound books published by CRC Press, offering clear guidance, real-world project-oriented case studies, practical resources, and realistic calls to action. I am working pro-bono as leader of the Research Team, recruiting team members, training contributors, and gathering and evaluating examples and case studies for inclusion.
