  • Manage the entire scope of a project from creation through to completion • Determine, understand, and coordinate all consultation and administrative requirements of projects.• Coordinate with Manager, Operations and Land Services to determine land acquisition requirements and resolve landowner/acquisition related aspects of projects.• Manage time and logistics to meet the demands of multiple clients and stakeholders. • Interface with client’s representatives and other services providers if applicable, on regular bases to understand scheduled deliverables and key milestones or target dates relative to each project. • Ensure appropriate levels of staff are allocated to projects, ensure each member is aware of client needs and deliverables.• Provide project direction and guidance to Land Agents and/or Land Analyst.• Monitor accuracy and turnaround time for work completed by Land Agents and/or Land Analyst.• Ensure regulatory and legislative compliance of all projects.• Make certain project documents, plans and maps are appropriate and accurate.• Confirm files and records are accurately and properly reported.• Chair internal project meetings.• Prepare for and present before various Boards and Authorities• Facilitate Stakeholder Consultation, Land Administration and Acquisition.• Personally undertake and perform certain administration and/or land agent tasks directly as required, as would be generally expected of our land analyst and land agents.• Build and maintain professional relationships within industry while representing Canada West Land Show less
