Since April 2015 holds the rule of CFO at Marriott Praia D’El Rey supporting an outstanding re-structuring and turnaround. During three years increase 80% of Revenues and 272% of EBITDA with focus on client satisfaction and attract, motivate, develop, and retain high performance staff.
