      For about seven years, I held a part-time senior lecturing post in Building Surveying & Construction Technology at the University of Greenwich School of Architecture, Design & Construction. There, I held the position of course co-ordinator & primary lecturer for nine undergraduate degree courses on the RICS and CIOB accredited Building Surveying and Construction Management Programmes. I have subsequently left teaching so as to resume my full-time Local Government job. This has freed up some time so as to redress my work/life balance and also enable me to better manage my small property investment portfolio. I'm also looking to increase my private consultancy work as a party wall surveyor. Show less
