I have contacted Carl at Vcentral on a number of occasions, when I have had virtualisation or storage requirements. I've always found him to respond quickly and efficiently offering options appropriate to the project scope and budget. His post sales support and customer service are outstanding, handling any alterations or amendments to specifications without fuss. I will certainly go back to Carl for any future projects.
