  We started the contract to LHA (Leicester Housing Association) after taking over from Lakers, I started on the first day of the contract as a lone scheduler and assisted building a scheduling structure with the contract manager. The area we covered was the north midlands area for LHA and services approx 2500 homes.In 2010 G Purchase were asked by LHA to cover the south midlands area after the collapse of Connaught PLC, we mobilised from covering 2500 homes to 6500 in three days and I was offered the role as scheduling team leader.
