I currently oversee two 18- hole upscale private clubs with 750 members who play a total of 42,000 rounds a year. I was hand-selected for my expertise in running private clubs. I steer all golf operations while managing 25-30 employees and a budget of more than $500,000. Actions and Results: ► Voted “Best Managed Golf Clubs” in Henry County. ► Surpassed last years’ revenue expectations by 22%. ► Delivered a 27% increase in merchandise revenue over the last five years. ► Developed and marketed the first-ever teaching program which expanded women’s and junior golf clinic participation by 15%. ► Launched an aggressive marketing strategy which boosted membership by 8% in the first 6 months. ► Installed new Northstar point-of-sale system to streamline retail operations ► Spearheaded 19 annual corporate events that hosted more than 2000 players. ► Piloted new USGA Golf Genius Tournament Program which increased participation and streamlined the handicap process.

This particular course was a Mark McCumber Redesign. We had 310 members who played 18,000 rounds per year. I oversaw 12-15 employees and daily operations for a one-owner private upscale golf club. This included a wide range of responsibilities including development of the annual golf operating budget and managing operations with a $300,000+ budget. As always, I was also highly focused on delivering excellent customer service. Actions and Results: ► Developed and implemented new handicap and tournament procedures resulting in a huge increase of participation of over 65%. ► Directed Ladies Nine Hole groups and clinics that averaged 15 ladies per week. ► Designed Junior Golf clinics that averaged 21 kids per week.

This Donald Ross Designed course consisted of 800 members who played 25,000 rounds annually. It is one of the oldest and most renowned private golf facilities in Florida. I taught over 400 private golf lessons annually. Completed custom club fittings and organized all demo days. Actions and Results: ► Successfully implemented all Ladies and Junior clinics which grew by 25% - 30%. ► Catapulted Men’s Short Game clinics from 0 to averaging 30 participants per week. ► Served as Lead Instructor for Golf Digest Golf Schools.
