Install Sea TREK systems and train/certify Sea TREK staff with the startup of new Sea TREK locations. Maintain consistent, organized communication with each Sea TREK operator; communication to include general check in on operations, staff review, updates /reminders regarding standards & procedures, safety, marketing, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. Review current training manuals, Standard Operating Procedures and written materials; assist SSS with ongoing updates to these materials. Annual site visits to Sea TREK Licensee locations. Review, develop, research, troubleshoot and test Sea TREK products at SSS' facilities. Assemble Sea TREK systems and parts orders as necessary. Work with SSS' Sea TREK technicians & office staff to process Sea TREK orders, assemble systems, process Guide applications and insurance documents, etc. Assist with new product development, testing, creation of SOPs, training, etc., as necessary.
