I have absolute confidence in Carl’s ability to deliver tasks assigned to him. Carl unquestioningly grabs hold of objectives and delivers at a level of quality and speed in the upper quartile performance range amongst his peers which provides real business results. Early on Carl identified systemic quality issues caused by the lack of uniformity and coordination in general. He designed, built a standardised approach then implemented it with his colleagues and business SME alike. This contributed to a radical shift in quality and as a result a much faster turnaround time due to elimination of rework. At the conclusion of our assignment the client requested Carl stay on and assist with another project which he graciously accepted and his success has continued in that space.
