Project Coordinator / Assistant Production Manager: Fastpaced and detail oriented coordination and cooperation between multiple departments to ensure the timely availability of all pre-production assets for the replication of DVDs. Project Coordinator additional function included double-duty as the Assistant Production Manager, whom schedules and ensures replication orders are finished on time and without error. After six months, I was promoted to Printing Supervisor. Printing Supervisor: Responsible for the quality assurance and approval of DVD for all replication runs during normal business hours and the handling of client issues with print sampling. While supervising the printing department, I continued to fulfill many of my previous duties as Project Coordinator. I was the Printing Supervisor for approximately three months before promotion to Asset Liaison and then Asset Manager. Asset Manager: My duties as Asset Manager revolved around continuing the coordination of pre-production assets, but also the security and integrity of the assets in the vault. I was responsible for approximately thirty million USD in Masters, Digital Masters, and other Master Media. I was also the keeper of Intellectual Property Rights waivers and scrupulously held the company to an unyielding standard as an even minor mistake could cost the company a hefty lawsuit and possible felony charges. I was also charged with the project of bringing the company to compliance with the Major Motion Picture Association, unfortunately I was laid off due to budget cuts and my impending deployment in accordance with Operation Iraqi Freedom.
