Very few people I know have the ability to actively listen, engage when needed, and communicate clearly. Carl is that person. His ability to encourage others, and raise their confidence and skill levels has been something that has impressed me the most when working with Carl. His knowledge of how organizations work and need to be agile with the times, has also impressed me. Carl would be an an asset to any organization and his positive energy will be contagious. If I only had two words to describe Carl....AMAZING LEADER!

Carl is the Managing Broker of Exit Realty Homeward Bound and he is a person I admire and respect very much. He is always available to his agents to offer professional advice and is a very caring and compassionate individual. He is a great mentor as well. If you are a new or experienced real estate agent looking for a positive change in your career I strongly recommend that you contact Carl. You won't be sorry.
