I am currently responsible for over 200 different types of recovery & lifting equipment.The sole point of contact for all planning and executing of inspections and examinations in my organisation also liaising with civilian agencies when required, to carry out inspections.The subject matter expert on all lifting operations (lift plans/assessments) and equipment discrepancies. Command a team of 5 qualified personnel in carrying out lifting equipment inspections and that they comply fully to current LOLER Regulations.

Throughout my career I have specialised in heavy vehicle road side recovery (wheeled, tracked and aircraft).I am responsible for the administration of 10+ personnel, including training, mentoring and assessing their current standard within my organisation.I also act as Senior Fleet Manager which I am responsible for the co-ordination of maintenance and inspections for both wheeled and tracked vehicles, this involves liaison between myself and other military units including civilian support agencies.
