During my time with 26 Engineer Regiment I had several roles and responsibilities, ranging from setting up secure communication with encrypted data, dealing with highly classified information, driving and maintaining tracked armoured personal carriers, being trained to deal with high explosives and being appointed as the team medic. All were put into effect on Op Herrick 16 in Afghanistan.
