  My role at Sasko Britos Bakery is the head of department for production operations at the site in Port Elizabeth. I currently manage 256 employees of which 27 are direct reports.   My role at pioneer foods is an internal service provider/consultant and advisor, to assist bakeries in a technical space with identifying continuous improvement initiatives, action planning and execution.
