Created new and engaging activities and lessons for a variety of learning styles. Created Computer Based Learning modules through multiple LMS. Monitored learner response using assessments, surveys, and feedback to make the necessary changes to materials, facilitation methods, and/or lessons and activities. Through this, the percentage of my students two or more grade levels below decreased from 58% of the class, to 12% of the class on their diagnostic tests. Initiated and led team meetings to organize district provided resources and mandated materials into a manageable time-line and ensure deadlines were met in a timely manner. Facilitated training sessions for new teachers about the Florida State Standards and integration of digital learning via the district’s LMS Schoology.
