Transferred to School Division and worked as a Food Service Manager (still in Dayton,Oh) ~ I was responsible for the whole food service operation of 1 private high school. Transferred to Lorain, OH as Assistant Director (2 years)~ I was responsible for 13 elementary schools, managing the Free & Reduced Lunch applications, and conducting the Food Safety Section of our Monthly Meeting. Promoted to Food Service Director Position in Kent, OH (2years)~ There I was responsible for the K-12 school district, 9 schools total.
