I had the pleasure of working with Carisa at the National Park Service for nearly a year. In that time, Carisa and I collaborated on several projects and presentations for a wide variety of groups. Carisa always had a great attitude and work ethic that enabled her to perform above and beyond on all her projects. She was comfortable speaking to the detail of the projects with both staff and senior management. Additionally, she is extremely knowledgeable in regards to records and information management, particularly in the respect of library science and archiving. Carisa is also very knowledgeable in content management concepts through her experience utilizing EMC Documentum at the National Parks Service. I highly recommend Carisa and believe she would be a great team member, and ideally team leader for any organization looking to take the next step in regards to records and information management.

Carisa is a delight to work with. Her intelligence, drive, and genuine interest in the field helped make working at Penrose Library the wonderful experience it was. She was always ready to innovate when necessary, but was also deliberate and hard-working when tasked with established goals. She was kind and courteous to patrons, faculty, and colleagues alike. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
