  Authentiek Leiderschap (Authentic Leadership) specializes in leadership and organizational culture development. With short and impactful interventions, we unleash and connect hidden potential of leaders, their teams and their organizations, which makes them more fulfilled and successful. Results are sustainable. Our approach is no nonsense. We believe in the inner strength of people and that they can empower themselves. But only need a little help and insight to start a continuous development process. We work with medium and large organizations in the Netherlands (and now internationally) like Aegon, Rabobank, Towers Watson, Ministry of Defense, Schiphol, several other banks and insurance companies, hospitals and professional service companies. We created our own philosophy named Authentic Leadership, which we wrote down in 2005 in the Dutch bestseller Authentiek Leiderschap. The book is currently being translated in English and will be available by the end of 2014. We lecture Authentic Leadership at Nyenrode Business University and the Governance University, thereby reaching many international business leaders.
