As part of the further integration into the mother company, Harman, Martin Professional implemented SAP. In my job as a Project Assistant I supported and assisted the two Danish Project Managers with a variety of project tasks. My areas of responsibility have been: - coordinating and booking meetings - taking meeting notes and sending out minutes mainly on both Danish and English - coordinating, maintaing and communicating project risk log - coordinating and booking hotels, restaurants, events for external project members during their stay in Denmark - creating and maintaing visual project material such as timelines and in the SAP Project War Room I also had the responsibility of coordinating the process of creating new users and resetting SAP passwords for all Martin users both nationally and internationally. In assisting the Project Managers I have participated in many different kind of meetings on both daily operational and tactical level as well as having participating in Steering Committee meeting. In close cooperation with the Project Managers I also participated in creating a communications plan as well as costumer communication targeting the changes affecting the costumers in different ways. In our Master Thesis my partner and I investigated how to optimise the standard business processes in a Consulting Company by implementing a new IT system. The increasing amount of clients and staff demanded a simpler and integrated IT solution in order to document the knowledge and the continuous Work with the clients. By looking at their As-is processes combined with the possibilities of an CRM system we proposed how the future To-be processes could optimise the Business Processes in the Organisation. We also took into considerations how the changes that new working Processes would affect the staff by creating a recommendation to the Manager of how to handle the individual reactions to the proposed changes.
