      As part of the further integration into the mother company, Harman, Martin Professional implemented SAP. In my job as a Project Assistant I supported and assisted the two Danish Project Managers with a variety of project tasks.       In our Master Thesis my partner and I investigated how to optimise the standard business processes in a Consulting Company by implementing a new IT system. The increasing amount of clients and staff demanded a simpler and integrated IT solution in order to document the knowledge and the continuous Work with the clients. By looking at their As-is processes combined with the possibilities of an CRM system we proposed how the future To-be processes could optimise the Business Processes in the Organisation. We also took into considerations how the changes that new working Processes would affect the staff by creating a recommendation to the Manager of how to handle the individual reactions to the proposed changes.
