• Responsible for the planning, budgeting, supplier and material sourcing, project management, full onsite operational delivery and reconciliation as part of the technical production team for the execution of global experiential events for key clients. • Technical Production Manager on a range of experiential projects with budgets up to £15m. • Key Clients include: IBM, Cisco, NetApp, WorkDay, Google, Magento (Adobe), Equinor, Mozilla, and NIKE (EKIN). • Working alongside clients and GPJ colleagues in the EU and USA. • Closely collaborating with clients, designers, creative services, and live event producers to interpret and execute the creative visions of the events, hit targets and deliverables, in a budget sensitive fashion. • Delivering keynotes, breakouts and large exhibition zones with complex digital activations for large IT and HR events. • Working in hybrid positions in 2018 as crew registration manager for Cisco in Barcelona and venue and logistics manager for Workday in Vienna. • Writing and enforcing Health and Safety concepts, managing risks and creating safe working environments. • Focusing on providing sustainable solutions, materials and logistics for clients for each event and setting up a centralized storage facility for event materials and digital activations for IBM. • Liaising with suppliers, venues, authorities, neighbours and other stakeholders in three different languages. • Working with crew and freelancers and managing administration of resourcing, scheduling, travel arrangements, bookings and payments for the technical production department. • Using a wide range of skills for different event formats such as a VIP meet up with IBMs Ginni Rometty, Awards dinner for NetApp, a remote town hall in Brazil connected to several other destinations for Equinor, a product launch for NIKE and a 3 week live technical shop floor including heavy construction for Mozilla.
