Acompanho o percurso profissional e formativo da Carina há vários anos em Portugal e fora dele. Estudámos juntas no ensino secundário onde ela era uma aluna com resultados acima da média. Recentemente participei em workshops na área da Saúde Mental e Psicologia Positiva conduzidos pela Carina enquanto formadora em parceria com a associação Solo Adventures. Gostei bastante das formações pela sua capacidade de dinamização mesmo em formato online, a base teórica introduzida e o cariz prático.
