I have known Carin for most of her life. For as long as I can remember, she has been a learner, a problem-solver and a relationship-builder. She has always shown up in a way that brings out the best in others. When Carin began exploring People Operations, she proactively tapped her network for learning materials and advice. I was one of the people she spoke to. At that time, I knew she had the personal effectiveness and credibility to be successful in the field. As we spoke, I was impressed with the myriad ways she was finding to make a positive impact on the business at her current job. I could see she had a natural drive to create a great experience for employees. So, when a position opened on the People Operations team at Boulder, I was thrilled to refer Carin for the role. She was hired. As I knew she would, she quickly learned the business, built credibility with coworkers, and delivered results. She was originally hired to work 30 hours a week, and she got more done in that time than I would expect in 40. Carin is a collaborator and a change agent. She is composed under pressure and flexes to meet both the needs of the customers and the business. Given the opportunity, I would absolutely hire her again, and I hope we are able to work together in the future.

Carin recently completed the recruitment and hiring process for three entirely new roles in Boulder Care's business development & partner success team. Carin executed the recruiting process flawlessly from beginning to end. She invested time up-front to really understand what was needed in these three roles, she effectively generated interest in the roles and built a pipeline of talented candidates, she co-developed questions for first, panel and final interviews, and she ensured that both the internal and external parties were prepared to make the most of their time together. Carin is a solid recruiter and a joy to work alongside!
