      I am availble for a varied job as a HR Assistant in the area Twente-Achterhoek (24-32 hours per week). After having had various functions in the past, I have decided a few years ago to focus myself on HR jobs. My previous employer gave me the opportonity to work in a broad position as an HR employee. In this job I have learned my best and less sites inside Human Resource and especially what gives me good energy. I get enthousiastic for what they call the "soft" side of Human Resource. The human part of the job. Just as in the Human Resource jobs I have had in the past, I noticed that my interests are especially in absenteeism and recruitment. Besides finding a job opportunity as HR Assistant, I orient myself on further training and education. Further I am expending my network and I work on personal branding. For this I visit webinars and (online) events of JobOn and Goodhabitz. Because of Covid-19 the online contacts have been grown. For that reason I have followed the training "the online job interview". By this webinar I have learned where Human recourse and the applicant should pay attention to during an online job interview.       In this job I was responsible for the absence registration. I wrote action plans about reintegration of sick co-workers and advised their managers about it. In addition, I prepared the protocol about how to handle in case of absence because of illness. I was also responsible for personnel administration and kept in the personnel files.
