I lead and designed multiple training programs from 5S, Corrective Actions, as well as other forms of project management. I also worked with multiple teams and departments to complete a project that decreased paperwork, increased efficiency and tracked our internal quality defects as well as supplier quality issues. This project saved the company 10,000 USD per year.
