Cara was basically a one-person team managing a product that needed constant attention. I worked with Cara providing on-demand reporting for a number of projects she oversaw. She knew what details she was looking for, and more impressively, how the data worked behind the scenes (in a system that does not make it easy to be knowledgeable). We created many reports that allowed her to dive deep into the details and make data-driven decisions. We worked together for the majority of the time in which we were co-employed and continuously improved our understanding of the system to better assist customers (internal and external) and partner relationships.

When she was brought onboard we had just been through a less than ideal site development and were in the process of migrating more than 20 different businesses on to the platform.
