Philip Nelson
In December 2021 I established my own executive search and leadership talent advisory business supporting the Charity & Not for Profit Sectors, an industry in which I had built an enviable reputation over 20 years as a consequence of my work as a champion of diversity and inclusion, and the quality of my connections and the shortlists I am able to deliver. In need of branding expertise and a consultant, Cara was able to apply the breadth and depth of her expertise and insight, to understand the ambition and the aspiration and better define and sharpen the brand, to successfully compete in what is already a relatively crowded marketplace, helping me to more clearly distinguish my brand from that of my competitors. Invaluable work which over our first year of trading has played a key role in enhancing our reputation and growing the business.
