I had the pleasure of working with Cara recently and I was really impressed with her attention to detail and overall management of the project. Every aspect of the project was planned out and organised in a way that enabled me to produce great work without having to worry about other aspects that could have caused problems. Cara has a creative mind and knows how to get the best results from the people she works with. She is very good at communicating clearly with a range of different people and can manage large groups as well as individuals with ease. Her passion for her work helps to motivate others around her and she is a pleasure to be around.

Cara is an excellent project manager. She joined the company not having managed a CGI production before, was very keen to learn, even got her teeth into the technicalities and soon masted all the CG-related aspects of project management to an exemplary standard. On top of her brilliant communication and organisation skills which ensure everybody on the team is always up-to-date about all relevant aspects of the project, her ever positive nature makes sure that we not only get the job done in time but also have a good time in the course of it.
