I currently manage our newly acquired audio contract with the Roundhouse, overseeing all audio aspects of both music and corporate events held at the venue. My main tasks include keeping a good relationship with the venue and ensuring I assist all incoming clients with any audio solutions they need for their event. As well as looking after the maintenance of our installed L-Acoustics K2 PA system, for each individual event I also organise all equipment, personnel and transport requirements ahead of time, put together all necessary health & safety RAMS and then manage the onsite team of engineers on event day to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

    • Project Manager
      • Feb 2016 - Apr 2019

I was part of a two person team managing our audio contract with Royal Albert Hall. My main duties included maintenance upkeep of our installed HALO-C PA system, liaising with all incoming productions about their specific audio requirements and delivering this on each event day. With a show happening nearly every day of the year it was vital I kept an organised overview, but also had attention to detail as each event was unique, and maintaining good relationships with both the venue and incoming productions was paramount.

My main role was to help run the central London retail location for ticket collection, as well as pop up locations at large events including the Rugby World Cup and Autumn NFL matches. As part of the Last Minute Service team, I was in constant contact with ticket sellers and buyers, ensuring that every transaction ran smoothly and quickly, and rectifying any problems that arose. Whilst in my role as Team Coordinator I helped run the day-to-day errands that kept the company going, including organising travel and itineraries to meetings and concerts, whether UK or internationally based, liaising between booking agents and our artists, and keeping up to date with industry news. I also engineered for Kelvin Jones, which included him supporting James Bay and performing alongside Benedict Cumberbatch and Sir Ben Kingsley at 'Letters Live' in London and Wales.
