Contributed to the development of numerous housing capital projects and expanded the division by $26 million in new on-going operating contracts and $43 million in capital funding. My responsibilities included the overall management of a $42 million dollar budget with a workforce of 550 employees serving approximately 8,000 clients annually. As the Director of Budget and Planning, I was integral in providing sound governance and fiscal compliance for the Division of Community Pediatrics. I lead the turn-around for the division with compliance with Federal grants, which lead to renewal of multi-year grant contracts totaling millions of dollars. My primary responsibilities included fiscal management of a $13 million division for Montefiore Medical Center serving homeless and low income families. I managed and developed budgets, prepared revenue projections, completed fiscal analysis, generated fiscal reports, managed general ledger, ensured contract compliance and served on executive team for the President of the Children's Hospital at Montefiore.
