I was Capt. Singh's line manager at the University of Trinidad and Tobago from 2018-2020. I was extremely impressed with his dedication, work ethic and ability. Having been hired to teach lectures in the Maritime Studies Unit, Capt. Singh rose to the challenge of Deputy Director of the MTCC Caribbean, taking on a much more complex and demanding role of lecturer, researcher and manager. His organization and time management skills are exemplary. With a wealth of practical experience at sea as a Master Mariner prior to taking on his academic role, Capt. Singh is a serious player in the Maritime field, yet he remains collegial and approachable to students and co-workers. I am happy to recommend Capt. Singh and would enjoy working with him again any time the chance might arise.
