Specializing in trophy trout, shallow water sight casting and fly fishing for redfish and light tackle lures, Capt. Sally has been a professional fishing guide on the Texas Coast since 1998. She is sponsored by Chris's Marine, Haynie Boats and Mercury Marine, operating a 2017 23' Haynie Cat with a 225hp Mercury Pro XS on Baffin Bay. As a full time professional fishing guide, Capt. Sally stalks the trophy trout of Baffin Bay with light tackle lures, drift fishes and sightcasts with either flies or lures. During the season, Capt. Sally also conducts and guides both dove and duck hunting with her trained labrador retrievers. She is also known as the pioneer of kayak fishing on the Texas Coast, being the first professional fishing guide to offer it to her clients. She is also the first female saltwater fly fishing guide in Texas. Capt.
