      It was my duty to assist all customer calls that pertained to their mailing machines. I assisted in trouble shooting all needs from start to finish and made sure they were up and working by the end of the call. I was unable to get the machine working, I was able to order the customer a new machine and get this machine overnighted to the customer. On every call, I had the ability to remote into the customers computer to see exactly what they seen, and diagnose the issue immediately, to ensure there was not much down time, all while providing excellent Customer Service. At the customers request I was able to dispatch an onsite technician, often on the same day to look at the machine to facilitate some of the larger machines to expedite the process. Some customers that often chose to contact me via chat, or email and this was done on a daily and answered through out the day. Show less
